Enrollment

Online application will be confirmed (admitted or rejected) within 5 working days. Successful applicants must complete the tuition payment within 5 days of online admission,otherwise your admission will be rescinded. And if you want to apply again, you need to pay the application fee again, reselecting courses and submit a new application. The original application is invalid.

Attendance

Upon finishing the required classes on the last day of the program, students will be presented with a certificate.

No matter how many courses a student has chosen, if a student is absent from any one course for more than 25% of the time, they will not be able to obtain a certificate of completion, and the score of this course will also be marked as 0.

Course Change

After submitting the application in the online system, changing/ adding/ dropping courses will not be allowed.

Transcripts

Grades will be released around late September, and official transcripts will be available early October. Peking University provides authenticated electronic transcripts which are accepted by most universities around the world for credit transferring. Electronic transcripts will be emailed to you and your home university as per your request. In special circumstances, for example, your university only accepts paper transcript, student can apply to receive a paper transcript by the end of the program. The paper transcript can be posted to either a home or school address by regular mail. It usually takes around 2-4 weeks to arrive.
